Ian Rhind
President, ARC Logics
Ian Rhind is the president of ARC Logics where he is responsible for the overall growth and the strategic direction of the company’s audit, risk and compliance portfolio. He reports directly to the chief executive officer of Wolters Kluwer Financial & Compliance Services.
Rhind has more than 25 years experience in the information services and publishing industries. Before being named president of ARC Logics, Rhind was president and chief executive officer of CCH Canadian where he was in charge of the overall growth and operations of the company. Prior to that Rhind was vice president of Tax Compliance Software for CCH Canadian, where he oversaw the company’s complete line of tax preparation software, including Taxprep, the best-selling professional tax software in Canada.
Prior to joining CCH Canadian, Rhind was a senior vice president for Trader.com, a global web-based classified advertising business. Previously he had been a vice president and general manager with Southam Inc., responsible for overseeing the company's multi-industry professional publishing unit. He also founded and served as vice president of a successful Canadian-based book publishing and distribution company.
Rhind holds an executive MBA from the University of Toronto and studied literature and philosophy at Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario.
